| All moulding is done in chemically bonded "Hard sand" moulds, using 2*10 TPH sand mixing machines, a semi automatic mould loop and a coreshooter.
Prior to pouring, the molten metal is spectrographically analysed to ensure the correct grade and content. Each stage of the production process is controlled by a custom designed software program developed in-house to meet our exacting standards and needs. The result is a product that the client can rely on, and one that we are proud to supply. Our software also enables a full audit trail of every casting product. |
